The Faurč Brothers Corporation measures our service performance in three primary ways:

  • Internal benchmarking based on cycle count verification of inventories and tracking of reported non-conformances. Our error-free performance is consistently better than 99.5 % by lot number, and even higher by product code.

  • Internal benchmarking based on annual physical inventory accuracy. Our accuracy level is in the 99.7 to 100.0 % range.

  • Benchmarking of service levels externally by our customers. We consistently rate in the 99.7 to 100.0 % level. Our Gateway Warehouse has been the Warehouse of the Year for several years in a row by one of the major national chemical providers.
