Thank you for taking the time to review the following pages. The information will help you to become acquainted with Faurč Brothers group of warehousing and distribution companies. Since 1906 we have been providing facilities, people, warehouse management and inventory tracking, picking and shipping services, and data reporting services customized to our clients requirements. How It Works 1) Your manufacturing facility produces and ships product to our warehouse via container, truck, or rail. 2) We unload, verify inbound quantities by your requirements (SKU, Manufacture's Batch, Lot Number or Date code put your products into the distribution center, input the receiving and storage information into our Warehouse Management System (and/or your WMS), and send you a copy of the Receiving Information / Report via EDI or fax. 3) You receive orders from your customers and forward the orders to us via fax, EDI, or the Internet. You can also enter your orders directly via the Internet using our LogiView secure Internet server.

4) The orders are input into our Warehouse Management System and print out a picking document showing the consignee, SKU/part number, your order picking requirements (FIFO; Mfg batch, lot or date), quantity, and ship date.

5) Our Customer Service people pass the pick document to the warehouse and advise your designated carrier (or, with your agreement, call a competitively-priced, quality carrier) of the outbound shipment.

6) Our warehouse people pick, double-check, and pack (if necessary) the order for delivery to your carrier.

7) After the carrier picks up the shipment we send you a copy of the shipping documents so you can invoice your customer. (We also do ship confirmations in Customer systems to maximize invoicing efficiency.)

8) You receive Activity and/or Inventory reports to show how much product you have in the Distribution Center and what activity took place during the previous month. These reports may also be requested at more frequent intervals.
